Your insurance coverage is determined by your plan contract. Payments on your behalf to us are for covered services only, and they may be paid fully or partially according to your contract. Uncovered charges and co-pays are always your responsibility. Rockingham Eye Associates maintains contracts with selected carriers including Medicare, NC Medicaid, Blue Cross, Partners, and United Healthcare. Charges for patients with these carriers are billed in accordance with our contracts with them.
Our offices will file your primary claim and up to two secondary claims electronically. You may request a walkout statement for additional claims.
Please make sure we have your latest insurance information so that your claims are filed correctly and in a timely manner. You are responsible for your charges that are denied for any reason.
